This is a multilayered single-family house designed to successfully responds to the client’s brief. The design accommodates all the complex requirements of the residents within a compact, secure and creatively designed facility. The house designed with ordered space planning, structured arrangements, strict adherence to geometrical forms, and the use of modern materials with minimal embellishments. Yet, the austerity of modern design is tempered with luxurious fabrics, warm natural materials, and subtle pops of colour that break the monotony of the neutral- coloured flooring and walls.
