This is the head office of the Health Engineering Department, which deals with the
engineering facility of the health sector of the country. Breaking away from the rectangular
base and volume we start designing. The building designed to link to the environment and
shows off its curved surfaces divided by the louvres of glass on each level. The ground level

The building is situated in a very tight urban setting. The height limitation imposed on the plot due to the flying zone. The service and the circulation zone arranged to the west side with
a very compact arrangement to maximize the office space. The full glazed front façade invites
maximum light to the interior space.

The project comprises Master Plan for one Commercial towers and ancillary facilities. It
contains 02 basement and ground level parking floors plus 10 Commercial floors. Each
floor has 6500 sft. gross area.

The project comprises with 8 storied commercial towers with 1 basement and ancillary
facilities. Each floor has 1500 sft. gross area.

Each floor has 9380sft. gross area.
