The design concept is living in a high with lush greenery, with an emphasis on community and garden living. The design focused on the need for the green with each unit and open vistas with large openings. The design enhances the densely populated skyline with a soothing silhouette that is simple and unpretentious.

The building entrances through a grand welcoming entry. Different community facility provided for the users. The swimming pool with a terraced garden roof designed at the top. Prayer space, hall room, office room are placed on the top floors of the building.

The design is modern and shows a warm ambience. From abstract inspiration to concrete
materials, we extracted the best from nature and aesthetics, transforming them into the
design of homes that are at one with the environment and individual. The double-height entry
designed with very traditional Asian welcoming features. The first level featured the swimming
pool, gymnasium, etc. the use of colour and material creates a very homely environment.

This is a multilayered single-family house designed to successfully responds to the client’s brief. The design accommodates all the complex requirements of the residents within a compact, secure and creatively designed facility. The house designed with ordered space planning, structured arrangements, strict adherence to geometrical forms, and the use of modern materials with minimal embellishments. The project comprises Master Plan for one residential towers and ancillary facilities. It
contains ground level parking floors and 7 residential floors. Each floor has 3100 sft. gross
area.

The approach of the design is to blend the environment and various spaces. Making the private spaces have a unique relationship with the outdoor. The direct axis of the building leads to the small river at the back. The target of design of the spaces for a relaxing less stressful live-work lifestyle away from the congested, noisy and hazy cities.

A cosy luminous house is designed for a family who wants a resort feel within a very tight urban area. The Bashundhara residential area is in the centre of Dhaka city. The site is situated just within the boundary of the residential area. Just a stone throws away from the main crowd of the city.
