This is the head office of the Health Engineering Department, which deals with the
engineering facility of the health sector of the country. Breaking away from the rectangular
base and volume we start designing. The building designed to link to the environment and
shows off its curved surfaces divided by the louvres of glass on each level. The ground level
accommodates a lobby, café and MEP facilities. A large parking lot has been provided in the
basement level. The upper floor accommodates all the offices rise above the ground level,
cantilevering out slightly and varying in depth. Its dynamic and interactive façade made of
glass to fit into the material and colour spectrum of its surroundings.
