8 STORIED RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
The project comprises Master Plan for one residential towers and ancillary facilities. It
contains ground level parking floors and 7 residential floors. Each floor has 3100 sft. gross
area.
OPU’s Residence
The approach of the design is to blend the environment and various spaces. Making the private spaces have a unique relationship with the outdoor. The direct axis of the building leads to the small river at the back.
