The project comprises Master Plan for one residential towers and ancillary facilities. It
contains ground level parking floors and 7 residential floors. Each floor has 3100 sft. gross
area.

The approach of the design is to blend the environment and various spaces. Making the private spaces have a unique relationship with the outdoor. The direct axis of the building leads to the small river at the back. The target of design of the spaces for a relaxing less stressful live-work lifestyle away from the congested, noisy and hazy cities.

A cosy luminous house is designed for a family who wants a resort feel within a very tight urban area. The Bashundhara residential area is in the centre of Dhaka city. The site is situated just within the boundary of the residential area. Just a stone throws away from the main crowd of the city. The family wants a house that gives a surreal feeling of living closer to nature. Then a two-storied building…
