RADISSON BLU, COX’S BAZAR
The uniqueness of the design is welcoming the Bay of Bengal with the built-form. The shape of
the building merges with the wave of the bay. The architectural expression reflects Cox’s Bazar’s

Cube Gohon
The design concept is living in a high with lush greenery, with an emphasis on community and garden living. The design focused on the need for the green with each unit and open vistas with large openings. The design enhances the densely populated skyline with a soothing silhouette that is simple and unpretentious.
HYATT PLACE
The hotel is located near the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka. The façade of this monolithic tower, wrapped in textured glass, forms a collage of patterns that is the uniqueness of the building. Its 90 guestrooms are intuitively designed to place an array of amenities at the guest’s fingertips, where they can work, dine and stay.
HEALTH BHABAN
The building is designed to support the spirit of the Health Ministry, collaboration,
engagement and nimbleness with the aim of providing optimal working and communication
conditions for the employees and users. A large number of parking facility designed in the

HED BHABAN
This is the head office of the Health Engineering Department, which deals with the
engineering facility of the health sector of the country. Breaking away from the rectangular
base and volume we start designing. The building designed to link to the environment and
shows off its curved surfaces divided by the louvres of glass on each level. The ground level

ASSORT PRIDE
The building entrances through a grand welcoming entry. Different community facility provided for the users. The swimming pool with a terraced garden roof designed at the top. Prayer space, hall room, office room are placed on the top floors of the building.
ROYENA RESORT
The resort has gone through a comprehensive makeover which increased the number of
guestrooms. Meeting facilities and recreational areas have also been enlarged while
retaining most of the existing structure. Catering to corporate visitors, local families and
leisure tourists, the resort also aims to create a unique international ambience, positioning
